Colombia is on UTC−5 all year: the same as US Eastern time in winter, one hour behind it in summer. There is no daylight saving here, so the gap changes twice a year without the clinic moving.

Getting to the clinic

The practice is in the Torre Médica Salud Vegas, in El Poblado. From José María Córdova airport it is roughly forty minutes by taxi. If you are staying in El Poblado, which most visitors do, it is a short ride from almost anywhere in the neighbourhood.
